sapcpe is an executable replication tool
which can be used automatically replicate executables from a central directory
to local directories during instance startup for distributed installations.
So far the
central executable directory DIR_CT_RUN has not been used; the instance just
starts the local executables from DIR_EXECUTABLE without synchronizing with DIR_CT_RUN.
This way
executables of each instance would have to be updated manually if necessary.
